This is intensified by the fa ct that the new regime had already assumption the people the impression that they would make sure that the injustices that they were subjected to during the previous regime would be a part of history that they will not go to at that moment. It can be understood that they wanted to give a good impression of the state of the country and the progress that it had made since the new regime took over.
